SoCo is proud to participate in The City of Napa Below Market Rent Program to provide rent-restricted homes to those with limited incomes. The maximum allowable income is determined by the City, expressed as a percentage of Area Median Income (%AMI). The selection process will be determined on a lottery system, the selected applicants will have an assigned number.

The 1st lottery selection took place on 7/17/2023, the new lottery will be drawn on 8/18/2023 and applicants will be selected. Selected applicants will have 72 hours to apply and 10 business days to provide all necessary documentation to proceed with the application process.
